A beautiful, independent Yoga Studio with high ceilings & great lighting nestled up a private driveway in North Kingston, serving it’s local area.

Yoga practices offer a way to calm & de-stress from modern life, with its constant stimulation, emphasis on being busy & sedentary work. With pranayama (breath work) asana (physical postures) & meditation you can bring yourself back to centre & really listen to your own needs. Join our community if you would like to build awareness & strength in your body, increase mobility, flexibility & fitness, be inspired by ancient philosophy, quotes, poetry & modern science.

Helen’s yoga practice has been consistent through adult life & now she shares her passion for yoga with a weekly schedule of 9+ in person classes, regular Day Retreats with lunch & workshops. She teaches Mindful Vinyasa flow, Astanga, Yin, Yoga Nidra & Meditation. Classes are creative in their sequencing & change weekly in emphasis.

The studio fits 13 mats comfortably, so classes are small & friendly. We have mats, bricks, straps & other props you are welcome to use. You can book classes one at a time or (from September) as a monthly block. The schedule has 6 Mindful Vinyasa Classes per week, a chair yoga class, a men only class & Yin & Yoga Nidra on a Sunday night plus regular Beginners Courses on Thursday or Saturday.

Helen & Nick built the studio in 2011, rebuilding a disused dairy into a photography studio & the yoga classes sit happily around the creative film & photography work they do here in the studio.
