Reflecting on 2023

New Years Resolutions can often be self-defeating & negative as we presume that we are not enough as we are.

It is perhaps more useful to ask yourself the following questions as a way to work out what to take forward into 2024 & what to leave behind in 2023, building on what we have already achieved…

  • Which skills did I strengthen?

  • What will I leave behind in 2023?

  • What were my 3 biggest lessons?

  • How did my yoga, breath work & meditation practice grow?

  • What caused most stress & frustration?

  • What caused most joy & energy

  • Coping skills that worked/didn’t?

  • What surprised me most about myself?

  • What risks did I take?

  • 5 things I am proud of?

  • One word summary of 2023?
